A device for spatial bending of reinforcing steel or other steel and rectangular profiles for spatial bending of bars in any spatial planes. The bending radius depends on the stop pins used and the setting of the bending disc.
The machine can be used in reinforced concrete factories, construction sites, factory landfills.
The machine is a welded box - type structure with a built - in electric motor , a worm gear and a spur gear for driving the slewing bending disk. The main working bodies are a rotary bending disc with replaceable pins and a movable bar with replaceable pins for adjusting the bending radius. The bending bar is inserted between the fingers of the bar and the rotary disk, and the bending is carried out by the fingers of the rotary disk, which can be rotated to the required angle and fixed in one position by means of limit switches. The machine can work both in adjustment and automatic modes.
