Strip

The strip is a steel strip with a galvanized covering. The name "strip" came from the English word "strip" that it is translated as "strip". It is used as preparation by production of various metal products.

The steel strip is applied in various spheres, from metal profiles for gypsum cardboard, various construction profiles, electrowelded pipes, otliv, the water waste and water taking away systems and finishing with production of a set of the air ducts completing for fastening.

The strip is manufactured of thin - sheet metal. Such rolled materials as can be for this purpose used: galvanized steel with a polymeric covering, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, alyumotsinkovy steel, nickel, etc. Longitudinal dissolution of rolls on the strip is carried out on special lines of longitudinal dissolution.

The galvanized strip is made by means of longitudinal cutting of rolls of galvanized steel. Production can be a wide range of color scale on the RAL system and have various polymeric covering.

By production of the strip on lines of longitudinal dissolution rolls of steel are fixed on the device of automatic supply of steel on cutting torches. This device passes steel through cutting torches, receiving strips of the set width. After that the strip is taken up in rolls.

Production of the strip happens so: after rolling on strip camps it is taken up in a roll or cut on strips of the required length.
