Vermikulitovy plaster solutions are applied to internal and exterior finish of building constructions and can carry out, besides the increased heat - shielding and sound - absorbing functions - fireproof, decorative, etc. They are applied on designs usual for plaster works as ways.
External vermikulitovy plasters in a sunny weather are especially effective, but also in internal of finishing of rooms at natural and artificial light they look quite effectively.
The thin - walled designs which are widely applied in construction from an armotsement, reinforced concrete, metal (the arches covers, plates, farms, etc. ) in most cases have insufficient fire resistance.
Alternate heating and cooling of such designs with water in the conditions of the fire leads to sharp falling of their durability, big deformations, causes a collapse.
As showed tests, the samples of vermikulitovy solution with a volume weight from 500 to 800 kg/CBM heated to temperature 900 - 1000ºС and placed in water do not crack and keep the sufficient durability while samples from cellular concrete under the same conditions completely collapse.
