Stuffing cherry with berry

Description: The dense weight which is slowly spreading on a horizontal surface, containing evenly distributed whole fruits of cherry without stone. The size of fruits is from 15 to 20 mm by the largest size. Presence of fruits with the broken integrity and irregular shape no more than 35% is allowed

Structure: Cherry (60% ), sugar, thickener (corn starch), (gellanovy gum), fragrance identical natural, acidity regulator (lemon acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), (sodium benzoate)

Advantages: A filler for confectionery and bakery products. It is applied as a thermostable stuffing by production of the opened and closed pies; as not thermostable stuffing by production of cakes and cakes; by production of the frozen semi - finished products (puffs, pancakes)
