Subcooking represents puree, uvarenny with sugar, with addition, food acids, dyes and fragrances that allows to expand the range from traditional to exotic. It is applied as a stuffing in bakery products. Has heat stability at a temperature of 180 - 220 °C of 10 minutes on an open surface and 20 minutes in a product. Content of solids is 61%.
We offer the wide range of apple subcooking with aroma: apricot, cherry, cowberry, strawberry, lemon, raspberry, peach, blackcurrant, wild strawberry, prunes, bilberry, peach, cranberry.
