Sulfonated coal is made by sulphonation of black coals oleum.
Application
Sulfonated coal - semi - functional highly acid cation exchanger, contains in quality of ionizable group of sulfonate group, capable to exchange of ions with electrolytes.
Sulfonated coal is applied to water treatment - softening, decrease in alkalinity and desalting of the water applied to feed of coppers on power objects (thermal power plant, state district power station, industrial and heating boiler rooms), and also initial water for technology processes of different industries in which need of use of drinking water is not established by requirements of ND or production schedules.
Sulfonated coal is used also for extraction of cations from chemically contaminated sewage, condensates and other trade effluents and solutions.
Safety requirements
Sulfonated coal is flammable, is combustible flame - resistant substance, at contact with oxygen of air is capable to self - heating and self - ignition, on extent of impact on organism belongs to substances of the 4th class of danger.
Packaging
Sulfonated coal is packed into plastic bags. Packing of product in other container excluding contact of sulfonated coal with air and ensuring safety of quality of product at transportation and storage is allowed.
Transportation, storage
The sulfonated coal packed into bags is transported the railway, motor transport in the covered vehicles. By rail the packed products are transported car sendings.
Sulfonated coal is stored in packaging of the manufacturer in the closed warehouse in stacks. The sizes of stack have to be no more than 10x2x2 m, and pass between stacks has to be 1 m wide.
Warranty period of storage of product
1 year from the date of production.
