Intends for production of fertilizers, artificial fiber, a caprolactam, dioxide of the titan, ethyl alcohol, aniline dyes and a number of other productions.
APPEARANCE.
Under usual conditions the concentrated sulfuric acid — heavy oily liquid without color and a smell.
Technical requirements, safety requirements, acceptance procedures, analysis methods, packing and transportation of sulfuric acid have to correspond to GOST 2184 - 77.
TRANSPORTATION.
Technical sulfuric acid is transported by railway transport in tanks and the motor transport in containers and barrels according to the rules of transportation of goods existing on each type of transport.
STORAGE:
SAFETY MEASURES.
Sulfuric acid technical is fire and explosion - proof, at its contact with water there is a rough reaction to big allocation of heat, vapors and gases. Technical sulfuric acid is toxic. On extent of impact on an organism treats substances of the 2nd class of danger in accordance with GOST 12.1.007. Working with sulfuric acid have to be provided with special clothes and footwear, and also means of individual protection.
