Multipurpose, modular support walkers for development of skills of walking in children and adults with a cerebral palsy, and also patients with various violations of functions of the musculoskeletal device. Support walkers are equipped with a totality of devices for fixing of various parts of a body in the correct situation. All devices easily fasten and removed, allowing to collect walkers as the designer, according to needs of the specific patient at various stages of rehabilitation. All clamps are regulated in several parameters for the most exact adjustment of walkers under anatomic features of the patient. Walkers are issued in three sizes and can be used both in the rehabilitation centers, and in house conditions.
