Heat-resistant concrete represents a special type of materials which under the influence of high temperatures (to 1800 °C) are capable to keep own physicomechanical characteristics in the established borders. Heat-resistant mixes with success are applied in all spheres of industrial construction, without conceding in anything to melkoshtuchny fire-resistant materials.
So, for example, heat-resistant concrete, in comparison with usual fire-resistant materials, do not need special preliminary roasting. Heat treatment (roasting), heatproof concrete, passes at the first heating of a ready design, at the time of launch of the thermal unit.
Composition of dense fire-resistant solutions
Dense heavy heat-resistant concrete are applied to production of fire-resistant building constructions, and as heat-resistant lining in thermal units: recuperators of blast furnaces, at the enterprises of chemical industry, in furnaces for roasting of a construction brick, at construction of chimneys, etc. Use of heavy heat-resistant solutions allows to reduce considerably terms of repair and construction of thermal units, and at the same time to reduce prime cost and labor input of processes.
