The synthetic winterizer is widely known trademark of a nonwoven cloth from synthetic fibers. This material possesses high physicomechanical rates, perfectly keeps a form and is easily restored at any deformation or washing, vlagoustoychiv, does not absorb smells, is durable, not allergichen.

Most often the synthetic winterizer is applied as a heater to winter outerwear, production of quilts, covers, sleeping bags, household mattresses, and also the synthetic winterizer found extensive application in the furniture industry.

Now the synthetic winterizer is made by three main methods:

• cloth thermofastening;
• pasting of a cloth;
• igloprobivny way.

At the first method the fastening of fibers in a cloth occurs due to agglomeration of fibers of bikomponentny fiber.

In 2004 AFNM LLP adjusted release of a synthetic winterizer by method of a thermofastening of a number of polyester fibers. Area density can make from 60 to 500 gr/m.kv. and more by request of the client.

Width of the let-out synthetic winterizer of 150 cm. Length in a roll from 12 to 60 items of m depending on cloth density.
Vacuum packing is applied to reduction of transportation costs.
