The system of rise "Enerprom" of SPRS6/600 "River" is intended for rise and installation on basic elements, for repair, river barges weighing up to 1100 t by method of consecutive cross lists with fixing of the lifted boards a basic shpalny lattice.
The River system includes: pump installation and six hydraulic jacks of type through passage in parallel connected to it by means of RVD with quick disconnect connections piston and shtokovy tees.
Jacks are executed
- with hydraulic return of the piston,
- with a floating support,
- rod are protected by a cover,
- in the lower part of the case are established a tee shtokovy with the attached branch pipe of a shtokovy cavity and a tee piston.
For ensuring stability of jacks during the work support plates in which central opening the removable hydrolocks ensuring safety of performance of work in emergencies are installed are welded on their cases.
In support plates channels and connecting openings for switching of the feeding and operating hydraulic system streams are executed, safety valves are installed.
On the top part of jacks bandage rings with two cargo an eye bolts are mounted.
Lifting the barge is carried out in several cycles. The quantity of cycles depends on the required height of movement of the barge.
After lifting the barge on the required height it is necessary to establish basic safety elements under its bottom.
