System of collecting and information transfer. Telemechanics complex

System of collecting and information transfer (SSPI) - the software and hardware complex intended - for collecting, processing and display of information necessary for operational management of power object.

 -

The system of collecting and information transfer (SSPI) carries out the following functions:

– collecting (measurement), preprocessing, control and registration of the current analog information on regime parameters of an electric network - -

– collecting, processing, control and registration of the current discrete information on a condition of the scheme of connections and the equipment of substation -

– remote control of switching devices -

– an operating control and visualization of the current mode and a condition of the equipment of substation on a symbolic circuit -

– formation of reporting documents -

– integration of devices of subsystems (RZA, the PAS, RACES, OMP, etc.) of various producers -

– formation of signals of the emergency and precautionary alarm system of various technological events (inadmissible deviations of parameters of the mode and a condition of the equipment, malfunction, operation of RZA, PAS devices, etc.) -

– synchronization of time of all devices which are a part of system with an accuracy of 1 ms -

– - exchange of information with control centers (RDU, TsUS) with use of standard protocols - -

– the organization and maintaining archives of information with a possibility of representation of contemporary records on the operator's ARME (including in remote control centers) -

– testing and self-diagnostics of the PTK EKRA-components

– ensuring information security.

The SSPI EKRA software and hardware complex consists of three levels:

 - lower level: the microprocessor RZA, PAS devices, measuring converters, cases of collecting and management executed on the basis of logical controllers of own production BE200H-

- average level: the time servers, converters of interfaces, network switchboards, industrial computers mounted in cases of the communication equipment ShE2608.10.014 and in server cases of ShE2608.10.007(010) -

- top level: ARMY, DB servers of control offices.

All controller and computer equipment of the average and top SSPI levels works under control of the software of "EKRASACADA" developed by LLC NPP EKRA.

Upon the demand of the Customer introduction of system of collection of information on a power facility can begin with realization of system of telemechanics which can be expanded further to level - full-scale SSPI/ASUTP.
