Systems of digital radio relay communication

Radio relay communication (from English Relay — to transfer, broadcast) — one of types of the radio communication formed by a chain of send-receive (relaying) radio stations. Land radio relay communication is carried out usually on detsi-and centimetric waves (from hundreds of megahertz to tens of gigahertzes).

To destination radio relay communication systems are divided into three categories, in the territory of Russia the ranges of frequencies are allocated to each of which:
local communication lines from 0,39 GHz to 40,5 GHz
intra-zone lines from 1,85 GHz to 15,35 GHz
the main lines from 3,4 GHz to 11,7 GHz
