The body of the tank is elliptical in section, divided into isolated compartments.

Each compartment is equipped with a neck, air tubes, a fuel limit sensor. The neck cover is equipped with a filling hatch and a breathing device.
The PPC is equipped with a spare parts box, canisters for laying pressure and suction hoses, a safety platform in the neck area with handrails and a ladder, and fire fighting equipment.
Technological equipment includes a filling (emptying) device, as well as a centrifugal pump (for the version with a pump).
Technological equipment for the variant with a bottom loading system and fuel vapor recovery consists of bottom loading equipment, a vapor recovery system and a fuel overflow prevention system.
The supporting device serves as the front support of the PPC uncoupled from the tractor.
The cart is two - axle with a two - slope busbar.
Brake systems:

• working - pneumatic, two - wire, brake mechanisms of all wheels of the drum type, with EBS;
• parking - drive from spring energy accumulators to the brake mechanisms of the middle and rear axles.
