Description
Tanks vertical steel cylindrical (RVS-400m3) are intended for reception, storage, delivery of oil products and water, and also other liquids, in various climatic conditions.
The tank vertical steel RVS-400m3 consists of the cylindrical case, the flat bottom and a stationary roof (the self-bearing conic roof which bearing ability is provided with a conic cover of a flooring; the frame conic roof consisting of elements of a framework and a flooring).
Also tanks vertical RVS can be manufactured with a floating roof or a pontoon. The floating roof which is in the RVS tank on a liquid surface is intended for reduction of its losses from evaporation and an exception of possibility of explosion and the fire. The pontoon can be established at the request of the Customer. Tanks vertical steel RVS-400m3 with a floating roof have to be operated without the internal pressure and vacuum.
The tank vertical cylindrical RVS-400m3 has an anticorrosive covering. As a basis soil in two layers on which enamel is applied is used.
Thermal insulation of tanks can be carried out only on a wall or on a wall and a roof.
According to PB 03-605-03 tanks have a standard complete set. Also according to the application of the Customer of limited liability partnership of Galymgaza gives an equipment opportunity the additional reservoir equipment, including devices of control of level, respiratory fittings, devices of fire safety, the lightning protection device.
Equipment of the tank an additional anticorrosive covering is possible.
In need of cooling (heating) of a product the section heater or a heatexchange shirt for flowing circulation of the heat carrier can be established. The thermoisolating shirt up to 120 mm thick is established for preservation of temperature condition. As a filler of the thermoisolating shirt the kashirovanny heater from mineral wool is used rolled or half-devout that allows to reach high heat-insulating characteristics.
Production of the tank of vertical steel RVS is possible from:
- stainless steel - the tank vertical of stainless steel (stainless steel);
- low-carbonaceous steel - the tank vertical of low-carbonaceous became;
- the low-alloyed steel - the tank vertical of the low-alloyed steel.
