Tartaletnitsa, Cookmatic (Italy)

Cookmatic is the car developed for production of bases for tartlets (sweet and salty) various forms and the sizes thanks to removable plates. Tartaletnitsa Cookmatic it is simple in use thanks to the electronic control system providing the maximum accuracy: it is enough to expose the desirable temperature (which is displayed on the screen) and time necessary for pastries. Place test preparations in deepenings on the lower plate, lower the top plate and press the button. When tartlets are ready, the signal will be distributed. The received product will be excellent quality, and costs of its production will considerably be reduced.

One person can make about 700 tartlets an hour.
