Description:

Testookruglitel provides high efficiency and promotes consolidation and increase of porosity of the test that increases quality of bakery products.

The conic testookruglitel forms portion preparations. The conical part and bars are made of aluminum.

Dough comes from a volumetric testodelitel to the aluminum entrance trench. Then it is transported in a forming machine where it is processed in a testookruglitelny chamber and trenches through passage.

Dough does not stick to an unloading trench, thanks to system of supply of flour. In a testodelitel the system of aeration giving hot or cold air to trenches is realized, thus, protecting dough from sticking to drum walls.

Aluminum components are also delivered with a teflon covering (at the request of the Customer).

3 types of volumetric testodelitel, making portion preparations of 50 - 150 g, - 100 - 1200 g are offered.

By the special order production of the special testodelitel making portion preparations with a weight range of 100 - 1200 g is available.

Principle of work:

Dough from a testodelitel gets to a cone – the receiver of a testookruglitel, further, by means of an okruglitelny drum and distributive deepening it gains rounded shape, and then goes to a case of a preliminary rasstoyka.

At this process supply of flour for avoidance of sticking of the test in delivery section is carried out. Air supply in deepenings of the car prevents sticking of the test for a drum.
