The Alpine hills - rock arias, a rock garden

Original Alpine hills at the dacha or near a cottage always attract attention. During their creation designers are inspired by pictures of bright Scandinavian spring when among boulders, witnesses of the Ice period, islands stridently of bright northern flowers make the way.

Two types of the Alpine hills which can be arranged at the dacha:

• Rock arias, or rock-garden. Here it is not enough plants, or they in general can be absent. Rock arias it is usually not really high, stones or slightly act over a site surface, or make the composition towering on 0,5-1 meter. The technology of construction simple, but here to achieve expressiveness is a task which on a shoulder to the professional designer or the person with art taste.
• The rock garden is a picturesque neighbourhood of the stone and decorative vegetation imitating a wild corner of the nature. The main accent - on plants. Its size is more, than at the rock aria — in height sometimes exceeds 3 meters if it is created on a steep slope, the area can be considerable too. The technology of creation of a rock garden is more difficult and is directed, mainly, to creating favorable conditions for development of plants.

At the dacha, a nature island which we appreciate violence of paints and aromas more vividly and the rock garden will look more organically.
