The analysis and reduction of the passport of installation in compliance with requirements

The passport of installation has to be provided for the purpose of obtaining the certificate of the participant of system of trade in quotas. The passport is subject to independent external verification, and also check by bodies of public administration. The correct drawing up the passport helps to avoid problems at verification and administrative penalties. First of all, the passport has to cover all sources of emissions in the territory of the enterprise, however this requirement is observed not in all passports analysed by us.
