The angular center is intended for processing of bar details and frame designs of wooden windows and doors in a mass and large-lot production on production of all types of windows from the massif of wood.

The machine consists of two connected modules: shiporezny and main.

DISTINCTIVE FEATURES

the processing center is run by the computer. At input of the program on the display the profile of a detail is highlighted and there is an automatic readjustment of the machine on the chosen product -
the mobile carriage on the shiporezny module allows to establish long preparations and to process them at an angle (for production 3,5,6 - ti coal windows)
shiporezny and the main milling a spindle have the vertical course of 250 mm, are positioned by a control system and allow to install a package of tools 320 mm high -
automatic feeding on a main site -
the antiskolny spindle (option) has the passing rotation directed to a clip of fibers and is connected on a sensor signal in the place of a possible chip: at the exit at the end of processing.
