Two-Tauris steel walls from 200 to 1 500 mm, welded with height, with a width of shelf from 200 to 800 mm, intended for production of the bearing designs of the buildings and constructions working at static loading for climatic areas with a settlement temperature not below 40 °C, from steel of the C235/345 brands according to GOST 23118-99.
The columns and beams made of the welded two-Tauri allow to build single-span and multiflying industrial buildings of various number of storeys, including with bridge cranes with a loading capacity up to 100 tons.
Application of a welded beam of variable section () allows to solve a problem of decrease in material capacity of metal designs with nonparallel regiments, creating rational, from the point of view of the bearing ability and profitability, profiles.

Production of a beam is made according to ST of limited liability partnership 39442978-02-2010 on the specialized technological line, by high-precision positioning of preparations and assembly of a dvutavrovy profile, automatic welding under gumboil with application of an obmednenny welding wire of various diameter and correction of geometry of the two-Tauri (editing of "gribovidnost" of the shelf).
Preparation of a strip from sheet hire is made for production of a welded beam by car of thermal cutting (CTC) which control is exercised of the industrial computer.
