The car for cleaning of nuts (peanut) of MUS-100SSh is intended for mechanical cleaning of the fried nuts of a soft cover.

Description of a design

The car consists of the feeder bunker with the gate, the peeling module with stone shaft, the eliminating tray, the module of air cleaning, a frame, the engine, the fan, the control panel.

Principle of work

The principle of operation of the machine is based on multistage mechanical cleaning of the fried peanut of a soft cover, a peel. The fried thoroughly and cooled down peanut moves in the car bunker, from there gets enough sleep an even layer on the rotating shaft. In the movement there is an obdirka (removal) of a soft cover of a nut. The cleared peanut is transported by shaft to vysypny openings, and the removed cover wakes up in a gap between shaft and is removed from the car. In the course of further transportation, to an exit from the car the peanut is cleared of a muchka and broken pieces and in addition sifted.

Quality of cleaning depends on degree and uniformity of roasting of a nut and quality of peanut grains (grains have to be calibrated and not have the wrinkled, immature and rejected grains).

Extent of cleaning makes about 96%.

The car is simple in service and does not demand high qualification of personnel during the work.
