Description of a design:
The car consists of the bunker with the protection cover, the cutting block, an output tray, a frame and the electric drive with a belt drive. The car is equipped with an easily removable casing and sensors of protection of the operator. When raising a casing for cleaning automatic equipment mechanically blocks giving of food on electric chains of the car and protects the operator from damage by the cutting mechanisms.
The principle of operation of the machine is based on cutting of a product between several driving drums rotating in various directions. One drum - cutting consists of a type-setting number of the disk knives serving for longitudinal cutting of a product. - giving another, serves for advance of a product. After longitudinal cutting the product gets to a zone of cross cutting where strips of a product are cut on cubes of a given size. Productivity of the car depends on the speed of giving by the operator of a product in a cutting zone. To avoid a fast contamination and fast wear of knives, the product coming to the car has to be carefully cleared of foreign impurity and not contain stones. Under the case of the cutting car reception capacity for a ready-made product or the taking-away conveyor is established. The details contacting to a product are made of stainless steel. Execution completely from stainless steel is possible.
