The cart wheelchair with a removable stretcher of KMP TRS-01 when loading a stretcher is established on a floor of the ambulance and fastens safe system of fastenings. The cart wheelchair has 4 castors from which: 2 pieces stationary and blocked, 2 pieces which are developed by 360 degrees. The minimum diameter of castors is 125 mm. The surface of castors is made of soft materials, fastening of a wheel strengthened. External fabric of a matrasik of a stretcher has to be integral, waterproof, not soiled, bacteriostatic, non-inflammable, internal filling of a matrasik — a flexible, non-deformable dense sponge 80 mm thick.
Possibility of installation of a defibrillator. Adjustable height of legs and head restraint. An adjustable suspension for a dropper, a portable bag for transportation of a small oxygen cylinder. When pressing the handle of blocking of legs which is available on a stretcher of a leg of a stretcher have to develop when loading and be developed when unloading from the ambulance. This system promotes that from the carriage one person independently will be able to carry out loading and unloading of a stretcher. The basis is made by a pressing method of a uniform piece of a firm aluminum shaft, and is an integral product, and connection of pipes has to be made by means of steel screws with a flat hexagon head. A stretcher with a covering from the anodized aluminum as the system has to be made of a special alloy.
