1 full teaspoon (2,5g) of phytotea to fill in with 1 glass (200 ml) of boiled water, to insist 15 minutes, to accept to adults and children 14 years on 1 glass (200 ml) of phytotea before meal are more senior once a day. Duration of reception is 1 (one) month. If necessary the course of reception can be repeated.
Recommended:
To fill in 1 tablespoon of phytotea 0,5l boiled water, to insist 2 hours, to filter. To drink on 0,5 glasses in 30 minutes prior to food 4 times a day, the fourth time before going to bed.
