Appointment and scope
Cranes spherical gas with a covering of very strengthened type from the ends under welding are intended for underground installation in quality of the locking device blocking streams of working environments on pipelines in systems of gas distribution.
Design
The crane spherical all-welded, with the extended spindle. Full and incomplete pass. Execution under welding. The case is non-demountable. All parts of the case are connected by welding. The crane does not demand maintenance and repair. A covering of very strengthened type. Freely floating sphere is condensed with ftoroplastovy saddles. Saddles nestle on a sphere dish-shaped springs. The spindle, with protection against pushing out, is condensed with Au-shaped rubber rings. The extender of a spindle is in addition condensed with Au-shaped rubber rings. The extender of a spindle gives the chance to place a control lever on removal from the crane. The control of the crane is made manually by means of the T-shaped key, rotation of a rod of a reducer. Position of the crane at installation on the pipeline any with a stream of a working environment in any direction. The T-shaped key is delivered by the separate order.
