Delta skreperny installation
Installation is intended for cleaning of manure of cattle from open manure passes at the loose housing box maintenance of cattle. The scraper is completed with four working bodies that allows to carry out manure unloading as from an end face, and the middle of the room. Connection of a chain is carried out by means of connecting links that excludes application of welding at assembly and change of length of a chain in use.
The main advantages is:
- possibility of the maximum placement of stalls in the livestock room as on design features the driving station does not take the certain place in a conveyor contour;
- the vertical direction of working and single branches of a chain at a driving asterisk excludes a possibility of a descent of a chain from it at inadmissible weakening of a tension of a chain contour owing to a human factor;
- installation of driving station is carried out at zero high - rise level by means of anchors of collet type that significantly facilitates installation works as no additional concrete works are required;
- at execution of driving station of angular and return type the station in addition carries out function of the rotary device that relieves the buyer of acquisition of one rotary device and additional installation works;
- existence of a belt drive from the electric motor to a reducer is an additional link of protection at an emergency and provides noiselessness of operation of the drive;
- the electric motor and reducer are highly from a floor therefore always are in purity that is favorable for service.
