The device is intended for determination of quality of PChP - 5 grain (falling number)
The device is intended for determination of amylolytic activity of grain and flour, controls quality of starch - containing products by definition of number of the falling characterizing alpha amilaznuyu activity
The device implements method of definition of number of falling in accordance with GOST 27676 and to the international standards ICC 107, ISO 3093 - 82. The principle of method is based on fast kleysterization of aqueous slurry of test of product in the boiling water bath and the subsequent measurement of extent of fluidifying of paste under the influence of the alphaamylase which is contained in test. The device is intended for application in testing laboratories of quality control of grain and products of its processing, laboratories of the enterprises of agro - industrial complex. PChP - 5 has passed tests in laboratory of quality of the GNU of VNIIZERN and is recommended for use. The device is certified in the Russian Federation (the certificate of RU. C.29.004.A No. 21004 of June 30, 2005) and included in the State register of measuring instruments at No. 29437 - 05. Designation of the device at the order and in documentation: "The device for definition of number of falling of PChP - 5 ″ on TU 4215 - 003 - 11745881
Feature of the device is use of the powerful microprocessor ensuring functioning of the device in the automatic mode of measurements that has in turn allowed:
to use as the drive the step engine with digital control, having provided high stability of the mode of hashing; to enter control of parameters of operation of the device in the course of measurement; to use the liquid crystal display to information output in the form of the text; to create base of the standard mistakes made by the user during the work and to issue recommendations about their elimination; to issue recommendations about preparation of the device for work; to use the printer for delivery of results of measurements on paper strip.
In the device electronic components of import production are used that has allowed to increase its reliability.
