The drilling and assembly machine for additive under loops and accessories of HD-2

The machine is intended for vertical drilling of nests under installation of loops and equipped with one working zone. Management of drilling supports is made by a pneumopedal. The distance between the drilled loops is established manually, by means of movement of supports on guides by means of running screws.

APPLICATION

It is used at the furniture enterprises for additive of openings under accessories on furniture facades and doors of various size.

DESIGN FEATURES

 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - the Processing spindles On each drilling support 3 spindles are established: one under a cup drill for drilling of nests under loops, and two under deaf drills for fastening of loops. Standard diameter of a cup drill - 35 mm, a deaf drill - 2-3 mm. At the request of the client, delivery of a support under the non-standard sizes of a loop is possible.

 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Two drilling supports of Mod.2 it is equipped with two drilling supports for simultaneous drilling of openings under loops. This design increases the accuracy and productivity of the machine twice in comparison with mod.1.

 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Movement of supports Is carried out manually, on guides by means of running screws. Thus the distance between loops on preparation is set. Running screws differ in high wear resistance and provide the ideal accuracy of control of distance between loops.

 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Pneumoclips Carry out a preparation clip to a desktop and provide its reliable fixing. In turn, it guarantees the accuracy of drilling of openings under loops and observance of the set distance between them.

 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Management by means of a pneumopedal Pnevmopedal puts the pneumoclips fixing preparation and a drilling support in action. It automates processing, increases productivity, provides convenience of work of the operator and excludes need of manual control.

 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Control of an arrangement of openings Is carried out by means of a folding emphasis, face clips and a line of a desktop. Allows to adjust exclusively precisely distance from edges of preparation to the center of openings and distance of openings between centers.

 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Safety Working spindles are protected by a protection for safety of work of the operator. On the control panel there is a button of an emergency stop. Machines conform to all necessary safety requirements.
