JSC Kazakhstan Engineering National Company is created on the basis of the Resolution of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 13.03.03 No. 244 "About some questions of defense industry complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by inclusion in structure of the Company of the enterprises of the defensive industry and munitions factories of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
JSC Kazakhstan Engineering National Company is included into NWF of "Samruk-Kazyna" and is under control of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Is the holding structure providing uniform financial, production and technological policy at the largest military enterprises of the republic.
The enterprises of the national company specialize in production and services for the customers representing oil and gas, railway, agro-industrial, heat power complexes and also in production and repair of arms and military equipment. In total 24 enterprises located in various regions of the republic are a part of the Company.
Mission of the Company consists in ensuring strategic interests of the state in development of the defensive industry, production of qualitative military-industrial production and services for needs of the Ministry of Defence and other security agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and export.
