Description
EXTRUDERS
Are applied to production highly nourishing, easily acquired, forages from grain (wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn) and bean cultures (peas, soy), and also production of the compound feeds with bulk additives by extrusion consumed by cattle, pigs, sheep, a bird, and also other pets including cats and dogs. In a set with shnekovy pressa it is used for receiving oil from soy.
In the food industry the extruder is applied to production of corn sticks and other food which technology contains extruding process.
Extruding - the most effective way of increase of nutritional value of grain when using as a forage. In screw working body of an extruder grain is exposed to mechanical and barotermichesky influence. At the same time in it there are complex structural and mechanical and chemical changes. In the course of extruding starch breaks up on simple sugar, the harmful microflora is disinfected, and in bean anti-nutrients are deactivated. From the soy processed on an extruder on screw pressa oil with the maximum exit easily is emitted.
In extruders of E-250, E-500 and E-1000 long-term design experience and operating experience domestic (EZ-210) and foreign is concentrated (KMZ-2 Russia; INSTA-PRO of the USA) extruders.
