The furnace zharochny drum to 30 kg/h

The Zharochny furnace works by the principle of roasting of a product in the rotating snare drum with electric heating. The running cycle of roasting of one loading (to 8 kg) makes 13-16 min. Productivity of the furnace is up to 30 kg/h.

Description of a design:
The furnace consists of a framework, a zharochny drum, the driving mechanism, a heating source with the monitoring system behind temperature conditions, the loading bunker, the unloading hatch, a cooling plate with system of ventilation.

Principle of action:
The product is filled up with measured capacity in the loading bunker via which it gets to a zharochny drum. Feature of an arrangement of a source of heating and construct of the mixing blades in a snare drum allow to reach high degree of uniformity of roasting of a product. After the end of process of roasting the ready-made product via the mechanical unloading hatch gets enough sleep on a cooler which with system of ventilation finishes a running cycle.
