Description
The gas stove chetyrekhgorelochny with an oven (gas) PGK - 49ZhSh. It is intended for preparation of the first, second and third courses in naplitny ware, and also for frying of semi - finished products from meat, fish, vegetables and baking of melkoshtuchny culinary products.
The plate has three torches on 5,5 kW and one powerful torch - 7,5 kW. The plate is supplied with system of ignition and the gas control device. - Below - the cabinet oven with one baking sheet of GN 2/1 and one lattice of the same size, made of stainless steel. Working range of temperature of an oven 120 - 3200 C. The plate has the legs regulated on height. In a set additional removable nozzles under "the liquefied gas" are delivered.
