The heatblock (polyblock) represents monolithic four-layer construction material:

1) Facing layer — facing of various type of forms. It is made of granite elimination, being affected by vibropressing that gives high coefficient of durability of a facing layer (2sm-3sm)

2) The monolithic layer — serves for reliable fastening of a facing layer with a heater, increases design durability. (4sm-5sm)

3) An insulating layer — an expanded polystyrene layer. Serves as a design heater, in comparison with other heat-insulating materials, polyfoam surpasses competitors thanks to the properties and heat-insulating indicators. (20 cm)

4) The bearing part — the bearing part from monolithic mix of elimination and concrete; (13 cm)

In operation the heatblock characterized itself as reliable material with a big indicator of heatefficiency and speed of construction. The economy of means when using the heatblock exceeds 20% of the cost of the gas-block, 30% of a brick ― all this thanks to the introduced heater and facing part, at the same time, when using the heatblock, such types of works as disappear: warmings of the bearing part, facing of walls, cutting clinked also separate objects.

Construction of the floor of the building of 100 sq.m. with ceiling 3m height. takes on average 6-8 days at the accounting of labor in 4 persons.
