The induction explosion-proof Vipet lamp - N

Application: VIPET-N lamps, it is industrial dust and water tight the lamps intended for illumination of internal and external spaces with danger of explosion. Lamps are certified and approved by FTZÚ - Ekh, Ostrava - Radvanitsa (No. of the decision FTZÚ 02 ATEX 0313X). The lamp consists of several main parts: a basis with consolidation, the lens, a reflector with electric equipment. The lamp is equipped with fastening, consolidation of passes and collars too.

Basis: The basis of the lamp is made the injecting technology. Material polycarbonate (color of the RAL 7035 series). Security of the lamp is provided with compression of foamy polyurethane consolidation.

Lens: The lens of the lamp is made by the injecting technology of polycarbonate. For simplification of cleaning of an external surface, the lens of the lamp smooth.

Clips: The system of consolidation and short circuit of the lamp, is solved by means of clips from stainless steel.

Reflector: A lamp reflector from it is white the painted steel sheet thickness 0,6mm. On the lower party of a reflector the electric equipment is attached. The reflector can be put from the polished aluminum too.

Electric equipment: An inductive or electronic throttle of type, three polar klemmnik for connection of wires with a section up to 2,5 mm ², concussion the maintaining G13 socles, the isolated starter for Wednesday with danger of explosion. Connection of separate components is made a wire with a section of 0,75 mm ², MEK 227, °C t=105, a coloring white, white-blue.

System of fastening: Fastening of the lamp is solved in such a way which provides that impermeability of the lamp will not be broken a heat-vlago. The lamp is equipped self-tightening collars to which by an easy way it is fixed. Connection is demountable. The VIPET-N lamp can be suspended on a cable by means of a self-tightening hummock suspension too. This suspension provides installation accuracy ≤ to 1 mm.

Standard equipment: 1kh the condensing cap, 2kh a zavesny loop, 3kh the trailer plug, 2kh a collar, clips from stainless steel and a double clip of a cable of connection.
