Jet JWL - 1440VS – the massive and steady lathe with a big zone of processing, the variatorny drive of a spindle and the powerful asynchronous engine calculated for long work without breaks for cooling. The model is development of well proved JWL - 1442 machine popular both at professionals, and in fans of work with a tree. Feature of a novelty – smooth, stepless change of speed, a spindle with a carving of M33x3,5 and desktop execution (massive pig - iron legs for floor installation are offered at additional expense). As an option also lengthening of a bed is delivered, and it is possible to mount it at two levels that allows to work with preparations of the increased diameter (their fastening without use of the back grandma is meant). The design of a subbench hammer is also adapted for such work. The forward grandma can be moved along a bed and to turn on a corner multiple 30 ° - . Convenient eccentric clips are responsible for fixing of a subbench hammer and provisions of forward and back grandmas. The machine is equipped with the delitelny device for a marking of preparation and blocking of a spindle when replacing the cartridge/faceplate. The drive of a spindle is carried out through a klinoremenny variator with smooth (stepless) change of speed. It is extremely important that the speed of rotation is changed directly in operating time, without switching off the machine.
