This technological line is intended for processing of such types of raw materials
as PVD, PND and polypropylene. The line is completely automated.
Productivity on these types of raw materials reaches up to 400 kg/h. In final
result you receive a qualitative granule.
Plastkompaktor is intended for consolidation of all types film and woven
waste of polymers (Polypropylene, PND, PND, PS and other) to a state suitable
for the subsequent granulation, extrusion, molding under pressure.
Thanks to effective process of processing you receive well loose,
with a high bulk density a product at the minimum energy consumption from high
productivity.
Process of a kapsulyation happens to the minimum thermal loading on
material, formation of a capsule of any of plastic occurs at
to temperature melting points due to frictional heat are lower.

The extruder of SLE-1-130 is intended for receiving uniform fusion from
the crushed, or agglomerated plastic raw materials and further
processings through the strengovy head, from the subsequent cutting on granules in strengovy
granulator.
The extruder can be equipped with the batcher for "pushonka" which allows to give in
loading zone raw materials of low bulk density (shredded film).
It is made with 2 decontaminations.

Polymeric material is loaded into the batcher of an extruder which evenly doses
supply of material in a loading zone. The size of giving of raw materials remains to a constant, or
it is regulated by means of change of speed of rotation of the screw by means of frequency
converter. Getting to an extruder material moves on the material cylinder,
it is taken the rotating screw and transported to the strengovy head. For
providing the required thermal mode on the material cylinder are established
zonal ring heaters with individual ventilating devices; for
control of temperature thermocouples serve. The screw receives rotation from
the electromechanical drive consisting of the electric motor of alternating current and
the reducing mechanical transfer. The axial effort operating on the screw in
the direction opposite to fusion transportation, it is perceived
in bearing knot.
Vacuum decontamination is intended for
removals of moisture and the burned-out impurity from
fusion.

The melted plastic comes out through openings dies and is cut off
the fast-rotating knives. These granules are rejected by centrifugal force to
to casing walls where water supply creates a water ring. Water together with a granule
moves on a vibrosieve. On a vibrosieve the part of water from granules beats off and leaves through
perforation in a bathtub. Other part of water evaporates internal heat of a granule. In
the end of a vibrosieve the granule fails through large perforation to a mouth
rashes. The granule gets enough sleep either in the reception container or in the bunker
pneumotransport (if it is necessary to transport it in the bunker the store of bigger volume;
or the granule needs additional dehumidification). Water the store passes in a bathtub
on compartments where separates from large pollution. If necessary water or
heats up by means of TENOV, or it is cooled by an additive of cold water, and moves
