The line is intended for control of technical condition of cars, when carrying out the state technical inspection, inspection control, and also can be used for carrying out repair and adjusting work. The diagnostic equipment VAST executed according to the license and under quality control of the German company Stern GmbH, Hamburg (Germany) is a part of the line.

The line provides carrying out the following main checks:

• general specific brake force of working and parking brake system;
• coefficient of unevenness of brake forces of wheels of one axis;
• reaction time of working brake system;
• serviceability of a steering;
• tilt angles of light-and-shade border and luminous intensity of headlights;
• content of toxic substances and level of smoke of the fulfilled gases;
• svetopropuskaniye of glasses;
• measurement of external noise;
• serviceability of tires and wheels.
