Paint "M" is a showing paint of dense white color. Paint white showing acts as developer in color defectoscopy. For some machine - building enterprises capillary defectoscopy - the important way of control of details allowing to reveal various surface defects. Such method is good in cases if detection of defects is complicated in connection with weak picture contrast of these defects and background, and also insufficiency of field of vision. Change of contrast of background and defective images is carried out due to change of luminous efficiency of cavity of defect when filling with its penetrant - special indicators (tsveto - or svetokontrastny liquids).
