G 5 - 30 - and G 10-40 - the device for butt welding of tape saws with annealing and adjustment of the course of disembarkation.
Quite often on production there is a situation of a rupture of a saw in operating time as a result of the long term of operation, or discrepancy of a type of a saw to the processed material. For its fastest repair carry out welding works which return to a saw initial qualities.
For this purpose the GRIGGIO company developed a series of the electric welding machines G 5-30, G 10-40, G 20-60, G 20-80, each of which specializes in the size of saws. The electric welding machines G 5-30, G 10-40 - Griggio are suitable for welding of tape saws of 5 in size – 30 - mm (G 5 - 30) and 10 - 40 - mm (G 10 - 40) on technology a joint in a joint and work from a direct current in 4 - kW (G 5 - 30) and 4,5 - kW (G 10 - 40).
These welding machines are used also to production of tape saws. Before welding it is required to smooth out the connected edges of a saw. After welding the seam is burned for ensuring additional durability. All elements necessary for full process of welding (the device for welding and annealing of tape saws, scissors for cutting of the ends of tape saws) are included in the standard package of the electric GRIGGIO G 5-30, G 10-40 welding machines.
