ED - 405 PM is used during the summer period for watering and washing of a road bed, washing of elements of a situation of a way, sweeping away of garbage from the carriageway of roads, injection of water from reservoirs, cleaning of industrial and household pipelines, and also as an additional tool of fire extinguishing. For performance of these functions the watering equipment is completed with two intaking sleeves 2 meters long everyone and the flexible hose with a manual brush.
Drive of a brush and water pump separate. The front mounting plate is adapted for installation of the equipment for washing of elements of a situation of roads and service of road barriers of ED - 405. PS is used during the winter period for a patrol snow removal and distribution of deicing materials. The conveyor drive for supply of deicing materials is carried out by means of a hydrorotator of GVU - 6300 established on
drive to a conveyor shaft. The mechanism of dosing of mix is supplied with a conveyor safety lock from jamming. The drive of operating parts hydraulic is also carried out remotely from the panel installed
in a machine cabin. The hydromotor of the drive of the scattering disk is installed from above that excludes a premature korrozirovaniye and provides convenience of service. Height of installation of the scattering disk is regulated. The front dump is established on the parallelogrammny suspender which allows to mount and dismantle a dump without use of additional hoisting devices.
The dump has a turning angle 30 ° to a transverse axle of the machine to the right and to the left.
