The mechanical device for a grid tension

In a stencil process (silk-screen printing) a form is the grid tense and fixed on a wooden, aluminum or steel frame. And quality of the press is defined by that, how evenly and the grid is strongly tense. The grid tension on a frame is made by means of tension devices. If it is required to provide a high-quality and stable tension, then it can be made only by means of pneumatic devices or on mechanical tension tables.

The low-format mechanical device for a tension of pattern material is used for an extension of poliesterovy pattern fabric (silk) on a frame and its further gluing.
