Nanocovering - a new stage in development of functional coverings. It is put with method of a gas-thermal dusting.

Use of nanocoverings allows to lower considerably friction coefficient at wear resistance preservation, to increase viscosity of coverings at preservation of anticorrosive properties and increases in temperature of operation by 50 °C. All this is especially actual in the field of mechanical engineering. In the course of creation of a nanocovering we did not begin to reduce covering thickness, the majority of machine-building problems is solved at the corresponding size in tens and hundreds of microns.

For creation of nanocoverings the nanostructured materials, suspensions are used, zol-oppressed. Special additives which modify their structure take root into coverings and provide necessary properties.

Work on development of nanocoverings is conducted in the skilled mode, however coverings are already widely used in oil-extracting and space branch, and also in the nuclear industry. Works are performed by young experts scientists on own equipment, and also in cooperation with Rusnanotech Group. The team of our experts with interest holds developmental and research events. As a result, the staff of CJSC Plakart developed a way of drawing coverings which structure is entirely or partially formed of nanoparticles.

Due to change of temperature and a variation of speed of the gas stream interacting with particles of material it is possible to achieve an optimum level of adhesive and cohesive characteristics, and also to provide higher density of coverings.

Advantage of a vysokorostny dusting is the possibility of creation thin, but in too time of the strong nanostructured coverings.
