The oil products fulfilled

Waste oils are the waste containing mainly the oils or oil products received from bituminous rocks (described in the note 2 to this group), mixed or not mixed with water. Treat them: 1) the fulfilled oil and the similar waste oils unsuitable for further use as primary products (for example, the fulfilled lubricant oils, the fulfilled hydraulic and transformer oils). The waste oils containing polychloride biphenyls, polychlorinated terphenyls and polybrominated biphenyls are formed mainly as a result of discharge of these chemicals of electric equipment, it as heat exchangers, transformers or power switches; 2) the oil products in the form of slime from tanks storages of oil products containing mainly these oil products and additives of high concentration (for example, chemicals) used in production of primary products; and 3) oil products in the form of the water emulsions or mixes with water which are formed, for example, as a result of leak of oil products, in the course of washing of a tank storage of oil products or the used lubricant cooling liquids applied when machining; 4) the waste oils which are formed by production, drawing up and use of ink, printing paints, dyes, pigments, paints, polishes and varnishes.
