The pigmented floor covering, Remmers Epoxy OS Color, on the basis of 2-component epoxy, for surfaces with mechanical loadings

Application:

The product of Epoxy OS Color is applied as the floor and sealing covering to industrial and production rooms in the conditions of average and high loadings.

Properties:

The product of Epoxy OS Color represents the pigmented 2-component covering on the basis of epoxies, steady against mechanical loadings.

Basis:

The basis (as a rule, it is a coupler of industrial function) has to possess the bearing ability, to be strong, cleared of the exfoliating elements, dust, the spots of oil and fat, wear tracks of rubber and other substances interfering adhesion. Basis durability on stretching has to average 1,5 N/mm ², and durability on compression - not less than 25 N/mm ². The basis has to reach equilibrium humidity and during operation to be protected from influence of negative moisture.

For angidridny and magnesite couplers it is necessary to exclude a possibility of penetration of moisture from elements of a design or the soil. In order that the basis met all above-stated requirements, it needs to be prepared as appropriate, for example, by means of bead-blasting processing or diamond grinding. Chips, hollows and the damaged sites of the basis need to be closed up products of the Remmers PCC System system or epoxy Remmers solutions.
