The press for production saws

Press for production pellet.

The unit is intended for production by pressing of the cylindrical preparations (saw) used for burning in furnaces individual and the centralized heating.

Shaving of conifer of trees is material source for pressing. Shaving is filled up in the receiving camera manually or by means of the conveyor. Further by means of two screws (horizontal and vertical) which are given from worm the motor reducers is condensed and moves in pressing zone. Pressing is made by back and forth motion quickly, fixed on the slider from the cam which is given from wedge - belt transfer and the electric motor.

Consolidation of shaving in the camera of pressing is made when passing preparation through the exhaust outlet narrowed by means of compression spring.

The electric motor through wedge - belt transfer transfers rotation to the gear pump NSh - 10 which provides supply of lubricant from internal cavity of the body to lubricant points.
