The sensor of level of UZI-0.8 gas in Kazakhstan

Ultrasonography - 0.8 * The contactless ultrasonic sensor of level of the liquefied gas for cylinders GBO (the gas-balloon equipment) of vehicles. The device is intended for measurement of level of the liquefied gas in the GBO systems for the purpose of fuel consumption control. The basic measuring element is UZ - the radiator with the built-in temperature sensor established directly on an external (ground) surface of a gas cylinder. The data obtained from a radiator are stored and processed in the control block. "UZI-0.8" can work as a part of the complex system of collecting and information transfer equipped with the send-receive GSM/GPS/GLONASS terminal. For this purpose the device has a number of analog and digital interfaces. The type of the used interface is defined by opportunities of the send-receive terminal. If the terminal provides a possibility of connection of external measuring devices on the analog interface, i.e. has sobstvennyeanalogo-digitizers, it is possible to use an analog output of the device. If the terminal provides connection of external measuring devices on a digital channel, then it is possible to use a digital (frequency) output of the device. At the same time data on level of the liquefied gas will be transmitted through the EIA 485 or RS 232 interface according to the specialized protocol (FMS). At the same time the device can independently work as "a black box", accumulating data on changes of level of gas in a cylinder within not less than 30 days. At the same time at a production phase unique identification number is assigned to each device that allows to identify easily data when using several devices on one vehicle (multitank TS. In non-volatile memory of the sensor the following data register: - the current date - the current time - gas level in a cylinder of mm or volume in liters - a condition of ignition - temperature - the ID sensor - a code of a condition of system. For preservation of values of date and time in the device there is a food battery (service life not less than 3 years).
