The sorting car of drum type is intended for sorting on two fractions or separations from impurity of grains of coffee, various spices, a peanut, sunflower seeds, grain, a grass, etc.

The sorting car consists of the loading bunker, the calibrating drum with a corrosion-proof sieve, two bunkers stores with gates for the calibrated product, the motor reducer, beds.

Principle of work:

The calibrated product from the loading bunker comes to the calibrating drum where under the influence of gravitation and rotation the product moves on a surface of the punched corrosion-proof grid. According to the size of cells of the calibrating sieve, small particles of a product fail in openings and get to the bunker the store to which lower point the reception bag is attached or capacity is established. When filling a reception container the operator closes the gate and changes a container for new. The product which did not pass through a sieve continues to move on an internal surface of a drum, will not pass yet through all length of the calibrating grid upon termination of which the store of a large product is poured into the bunker. The size and a form (round, square openings or slot-hole a sieve) the cells calibrating sit can change depending on the sifted material. The car is equipped with brush system of continuous cleaning sit also the shovels of the return dumping of a product preventing fast passing of a product via the machine and providing quality of cleaning of a product.

The car can be completed with system of adjustment of turns of a drum and system of removal of dust.
