The stand for assembly and dismantling of hydraulic cylinders of SSG-1

The stand is intended for assembly and dismantling of gidrotsilindrovekskavator, truck cranes, hydraulic actuators of processing equipment, etc.

The stand has a section design that facilitates its transportation and installation.

On a frame of the stand guides on which the carts serving for maintenance and movement of a rod of a hydraulic cylinder move are fixed. Carts are supplied with mechanisms of positioning of a rod concerning the cylinder, at assembly, on two coordinates.

The cylinder is fixed on two support. For movement of a rod along an axis the tyanushche-pushing screw or a hydraulic actuator serves.

The principle of work at the stand consists in fixing of the sorted (collected) hydraulic cylinder on a frame of the stand and discrete, on 250 mm, movement of a rod of a hydraulic cylinder during the dismantling or assembly by means of manual, the SSG-2M stand, or hydraulic, SSG-1, SSG-4, SSG-G12 stands, the drive.

The SSG-4B stand is in addition equipped with the hydraulic device for untwisting / twisting of an axle box of a hydraulic cylinder and connecting details of a rod, a torque to 58 000 - 100 000 Nanometers, working pressure in a hydraulic system of the drive of 32 MPas; it is equipped with pneumatic system of a purge of a hydraulic cylinder, a table of movement and alignment of a rod of a hydraulic cylinder.
