Description
The SZ plasticizer - additive with the plasticizing action. It is intended for modification of concrete mixes. By efficiency of the plasticizing action treats the plasticizing additives of the I group (STB 1112-98). Additive of the Belarusian production.
Appointment:
It is intended for production of all types of concrete and steel concrete products and designs, for production of precast concrete, monolithic concrete and construction solution for increase of mobility of concrete mix.
Specifications:
- external vid:poroshok light brown color or liquid of dark brown color, the deposit is allowed
- density at 20 °C: 1,18 g/cm3 of ±3%
- the maintenance of ions of chlorine in nonvolatile solid: no more than 0,1%
- mass fraction of nonvolatile solid: 32% ± 2%
Properties:
- increases uniformity of concrete mix
- increases mobility of concrete mix with P1 to P5
- sharp increase of placeability of concrete mixes without strength loss and durability of concrete
- when using of the water reducing properties - increase of frost resistance, water tightness
Dosage:
The recommended dose of additive makes 0,5-1,0% on nonvolatile solid of the mass of cement. The dosage of additive depends on purpose of concrete mix, its mobility, content of cement and desirable effect.
